Main Characteristics
TD75 common fixed belt conveyor according to support structure can divide into two kinds, the fixed and movable .According to the conveyor belt materials, have rubber belt, plastic belt and steel belt.
Conveyor working environment temperature generally is 10 °C ~ +-40 °C, material temperature should not more than 75 °C; Heat resistant rubber belt can convey high temperature material under 120 °C. When temperature is more higher, it is unfavorable to use belt conveyor.
When conveying acid alkali or oil substances and organic solvent etc materials, need use oil resistance, acid and alkali resistant rubber belt or plastic belt. The bandwidth of the belt conveyor have six kinds: 500, 650, 800, 1000, 1200 and 1400 mm.
Users can according to the conveyor belt conveyor height, the type of material, capacity, throughput, conveying length and other factors, through calculate to determine the layout of the belt conveyor and selected belt width, canvas layer and rubber belt thickness.
