Working Process
1,A pneumatic strapping tool is for the friction hot melt type, through the high-speed friction overlapping plastic with heat bonding, so called friction hot melt.
2, Tthe compressed gas is introduced to the cylinder piston, the piston with the vibrator upper is connected by a shaft bolt. Vibrator forth vibration and friction plates are pressed together, so that the overlapping portions of the binding tape adhesive.
3, The vibrator Central has an oval hole, Fan the eccentric shaft of the motor is rotated back and forth in this hole.
